1.4 Intellectual Property

Account Registration & Eligibility

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within two hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 24 hours for bank transfer methods, subject to KYC verification being fully approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method on file with xk8bet.

• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (Bangladesh Standard Time).
• xk8bet does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Third-party payment provider fees may apply.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional security review if unusual account activity is detected.
• xk8bet reserves the right to request re-verification of identity before processing any withdrawal over ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before any portion of the resulting balance can be withdrawn.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

xk8bet operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. All significant transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns. xk8bet reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold withdrawals, and report activity to relevant authorities where we have reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by xk8bet are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in that promotion's terms. For example, a bonus carrying a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus or any associated winnings become withdrawable.

4.2 Eligible Games and Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate, and sports bets may contribute at their own specified rate. Contribution rates for each game or category are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements.

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Misuse

xk8bet operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically certain bets (e.g., betting on both outcomes) to satisfy wagering requirements; using automated software or bots to place bets; and colluding with other players to exchange bonus funds. xk8bet reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period from the date they are credited to your account, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements before the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice or compensation.

Game Rules & Fair Play

• In the event of a palpable error in odds — such as odds published at a manifestly incorrect price — xk8bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are governed by ICC playing conditions and xk8bet's cricket betting rules as published in the Sports section.
• All sports bet settlements are final once processed, unless a verifiable error is reported to support within 24 hours of settlement.

5.4 Prohibited Gaming Conduct

The use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited. xk8bet employs active detection systems to identify such behaviour. Accounts found to be using prohibited strategies will be immediately suspended and all balances reviewed prior to any withdrawal processing.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by xk8bet

xk8bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Evidence of account takeover, unauthorised third-party use, or credential sharing.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity.
• Duplicate account creation.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Use of prohibited software, automated tools, or exploits.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, xk8bet reserves the right to forfeit all account balances — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — without obligation to return deposits.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your xk8bet account at any time by contacting our support team via 24/7 live chat. Before your account is closed, xk8bet will process any pending withdrawal of your verified real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements. Any active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
